Design and tooling manufacturing
• Planning, design and construction of dies, tooling and control gauges for the in-house manufacture of the parts requested by the customer.
• Analysis of the feasibility in the primary state of customer designs in order to facilitate manufacturing, ensure quality and reduce part costs.
• Project monitoring via APQP in-house and on customer platforms.
• PSCR function available to meet customer requirements.
Research and development (R&D) in processes and products that can be used by the customer or mean a continuous improvement for the customer.
CAD design with 3D software linked to the die shop’s fleet of EDM machines and machining centres for the manufacture of components from the original design.
